Simplifying CRM Contact Import and Export

1. Exporting Contacts

   • Click on the "Select" button in your CRM account.

   • Choose the contacts you want to export.

   • Click on the arrow pointing down to download a CSV file with the contact information.

2. Importing Contacts

   • Ensure your contact list is set up correctly for import to avoid issues.

   • Contacts must be in a CSV format and under 50 MB.

   • Refer to additional resources for optimizing CSV files for CRM upload.

   • Follow specific instructions for importing the list into the CRM.

Remember: The file must be a CSV format and under 50 MB in size.
