- Go to the "Calendars" section in your CRM.
View Appointments:
- Select "Appointments" to view a list of all booking requests.
Identify Unconfirmed Appointments:
- Look for appointments marked as "New Action Required" to identify those that haven't been confirmed yet.
Confirm the Appointment:
- Click on the appointment needing confirmation.
- Choose the "New Action Required".
- Select "Confirmed" to approve the appointment.
- Click "Update" to finalize the confirmation.
