Accessing Automation Tab
Go to the automation tab.
Choose the "Notary and Loan Signing Booking Automations" template.
Select the "All Appointments Confirmation and Reminder" template.
Duplicating Workflow
Duplicate the chosen workflow.
Ensure to keep the duplicated workflow in draft mode if not ready to publish.
Customizing Workflow
Click on the workflow to customize it.
Set a trigger for when an appointment is marked as confirmed.
Customize tasks, notes, confirmation emails, and internal notifications as needed.
Set a 24-hour wait period before appointment emails and SMS are sent.
Editing Text and Notifications
Customize text and notifications in the workflow.
Save the changes made.
Monitoring Workflow
Track the number of people who have gone through the workflow.
Monitor how many are currently in the workflow.
Additional Components
Set up components for appointment requests and manual confirmation.
Create notifications for confirming appointments manually.
Finalizing Automations
Set up automation for when a notary appointment is marked as showed.
Update opportunities and send review requests accordingly.
Turning Off Components
If needed, turn off specific components by switching to draft mode and saving changes.
