Setting Up Payment Links [Stripe Required]

Understanding Payment Links in Your Payments Area

1. Accessing Payment Links

   • Click on the Payments tab in the left-hand menu

   • Toggle to the Payment Links option on the top sub-menu

2. Creating a New Payment Link

   • Click on Create New Link to start the process

   • Customize a landing page for collecting payments

   • Choose an existing product and required customer information (name, email, phone number, address)

   • Customize the link text for booking, paying, or donating

   • Add branding information and toggle on Terms and Conditions if needed

   • Update the link name for clarity

   • Save the payment link

3. Sending Payment Links

   • Copy the link generated

   • Send the link to the specific client for payment submission

4. Integration with Stripe

   • Note that Stripe integration is required for payment processing

   • Ensure proper setup of Stripe integration for card information collection

5. Important Notes

   • Payment Links only work with Stripe or other integrated merchant accounts

   • Not applicable for invoice-related transactions
