Understanding the Basics of Your Payments Section
Navigate to the Payments Section
Click on the column with the dollar sign in the left-hand menu to access the payments section.
Adjust Your Screen
Ensure your screen is adjusted to view all information appropriately.
Explore the Sub-Menu
Notice the second sub-menu at the top with multiple options to toggle between.
All Invoices Section
Default window where you can track, send, and manage invoices.
Click on the "New" button to create a new invoice.
View sent invoices, how they were sent, when they were sent, and the amount.
Check the status (overdue, paid, pending) on the right-hand side.
Overview of total dollar amounts for all invoices.
Filter by specific dates for tracking invoices and payments within a specific time frame.
Filter by status (partially paid, overdue, etc.) to view invoices for that period.
Export invoices for bookkeeping purposes or system integration.
