Setting Wait Periods:

Ensure emails are sent only during specified hours on selected dates.
Click "Save Action" to confirm the wait period.
Adding Tasks:
Specify task title, details, assignee, and due date.
Assign tasks to team members and save the action.
Cautionary Notes
Always save actions both at the specific action level and at the top to ensure changes are updated.
Ensure all fields are properly set up to avoid error messages.
Check and confirm all components before hitting "Save Action" and "Save" at the top.
